7:10 As Samuel was offering burnt offerings, the Philistines approached to do battle with Israel. 2 But on that day the Lord thundered loudly against the Philistines. He caused them to panic, and they were defeated by 3 Israel.
11:11 The next day Saul placed the people in three groups. They went to the Ammonite camp during the morning watch and struck them 4 down until the hottest part of the day. The survivors scattered; no two of them remained together.
